The cozy room was beautifully designed and just a short walk to both st paul's cathedral and the british museum. I especially appreciated the option to save on daily cleaning for a free drink at the bar after a long day out.

I found the room rather small and the air conditioning was quite loud. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, and the communal machine was out of order , leaving me quite disappointed. The limited breakfast options offered weren't satisfying, especially considering I expected something more substantial for the price I paid.

This hotel was unsatisfactory. The room was tiny. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room? I mean, common areas just don't cut it, especially when no one offered me an upgrade for my troubles. Breakfast was decent enough, but woudl ve been nice if it included healthy options!
